Customer Reviews
Reliable quality, consistent service
This is my third purchase from Darzzi. I first bought a Soft Throw, then some Tea Towels, and now a set of Throw Pillows. Each time, the quality has been consistently good. The throws hold up well to washing, and the pillows are still fluffy. Shipping always takes around the same amount of time, usually within a week. It's nice to know what to expect, and they deliver every time. That's why I keep coming back.
Good value on a first order
As a first-time buyer, I was looking for a good deal. I managed to get 10% off my first order, which applied to a Knitted Baby Blanket I bought as a gift. The price felt fair after the discount, and the blanket itself is really soft and looks well-made. Shipping wasn't free for my small order, but it was a reasonable cost. Overall, I feel like I got a good product for my money, and the initial discount definitely helped make it worth it.
Good quality, minor shipping hiccup
I ordered a Knitted Throw, and the quality is really nice, very soft and cozy. It arrived in about 6 days which was reasonable. My only slight complaint is the packaging; it could have been a bit more robust for a textile item. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase and the value for the price, but they could improve the shipping materials a little.
Detailed review of my Darzzi experience
I recently purchased one of Darzzi's Linen Throws and a couple of Decorative Pillows. The ordering process on their website was straightforward and intuitive; I had no trouble finding what I wanted and checking out. Shipping took about a week to get to my home in California, which felt pretty standard. Everything was well-packaged when it arrived, and the items themselves are exactly as described online. The linen throw has a beautiful texture and drapes nicely on my sofa, and the pillows add a nice accent. I had a question about care instructions for the throw, and their customer service responded to my email within a day, providing clear guidance. I appreciate the attention to detail and the quality of the products. It was a good experience from start to finish.

Is Darzzi having any sales right now for Memorial Day? Or should I wait for something else?
Can I use two coupon codes at once on Darzzi? Like a free shipping code and a percentage off?
Hey, I saw a '10% off your first order' pop-up. Does that actually work or is it one of those things that never applies to anything good?
Hey guys, thinking of getting one of their throws. Are they actually as soft as they look on the site? I'm worried about it being scratchy or something.
Anyone got thoughts on Darzzi vs. Barefoot Dreams? Looking for a super soft throw but don't want to break the bank.
